The Road Show organized by Veronafiere in collaboration with ITA alongside the “I love Italian Wines” training courses seeks to identify new areas in China where Italian wine can be launched.
The south-eastern part of China is particularly interesting and a new outlet for the sector. The Road Shows will be held in 3 cities: Shenzen (12.5 million inhabitants) is a first-tier city, followed by Changsha (7.4 million) and Wuhan (10.6 million) as second-tier cities.
Period :
Shenzhen (Monday 11 June), Changsha (Wednesday 13 June) and Wuhan (Thursday 14 June).
The event (invitation only) is exclusively for an audience of professionals (HORECA, agents, distributors, etc.).
The Road Show format will enable Italian producers or their Chinese distributors to set up a dedicated walk-around tasting area with tables/desks for each company, animated by guided tastings having a duration of 1 hour with the possibility of presenting up to 6 labels for each participant. A not to be missed opportunity to taste hundreds of wines representing the very best in Italian wine production. The Road Shows will last a whole day in each city.
Road Show activities are also integrated with ICE’s “Italian Wine Lovers” courses targeting Chinese professionals and experts; important back-up to promote wine and product awareness more effectively.
